2026年5月18日广西柳州市柳南区发生5.2级地震,震源深8km,为当地331年来最强地震,并伴随多次强余震,形成典型震群事件。广东省地震局现场工作队参与跨区域应急支援,完成灾害快速评估、震害调查、烈度评定、烈度图编制等关键任务。系统总结本次震群应急响应的全过程,分析极震区的震害特征,最后给出本次地震应急响应工作的启示,为提升华南地区地震应急处置能力提供参考。
An M5.2 earthquake struck Liunan District, Liuzhou City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on May 18, 2026, with a focal depth of 8 km. It was the strongest seismic event recorded in the region over the past 331 years, accompanied by multiple strong aftershocks, forming a typical earthquake swarm event. The field task force of Guangdong Earthquake Agency participated in cross-regional emergency support and accomplished core tasks in⁃cluding rapid disaster assessment, seismic damage investigation, intensity assessment, and intensity map compila⁃tion. This paper systematically summarizes the whole process of the emergency response of the earthquake swarm, analyzes the earthquake damage characteristics in the meizoseismal area, and finally puts forward relevant insights derived from the emergency operation of this earthquake, so as to provide reference for improving the earthquake emergency response capacity in South China.
