摘要:
地震灾害具有瞬时性、链式反应及空间广域性特征,导致灾区“信息孤岛”现象频发,严重掣肘应急救援决策。快速、精准地获取灾后地理信息是支撑高效响应的关键。传统对地观测手段在时效性与分辨率上难以满足震后“黄金72小时”内的精细化评估需求。无人机(UAV)低空遥感测绘技术凭借其高机动性、高时效性、低成本及高分辨率优势,已成为应急响应不可或缺的技术体系。然而,单一传感器的数据局限性、复杂灾害场景下的航线规划难题、以及“数据爆炸”带来的后处理压力,仍是当前无人机应急测绘面临的核心挑战。本文聚焦于此,提出了一种融合多源信息的应急地理信息快速采集与处理方法,以期望能够为地震应急指挥提供更可靠的地理空间数据支持。
Abstract:
Earthquake disasters exhibit characteristics of instantaneous occurrence, chain reactions, and wide spatial coverage, frequently resulting in “information silos” in the disaster area, which severely hinders emer gency response decision-making. Rapid and accurate acquisition of post-disaster geographic information is crucial for supporting efficient response efforts. Traditional earth observation methods are difficult to meet the demands for fine evaluation within the critical“golden 72 hours”after the earthquake in terms of timeliness and resolution. Un manned aerial vehicle(UAV)low-altitude remote sensing mapping technology has become an indispensable techni cal system for emergency response due to its advantages of high mobility,high timeliness,low cost and high reso lution. However,the data limitations from single sensor,the problem of route planning in complex disaster scenar ios, and the post-processing pressure caused by “data explosion” are still the core challenges faced by current UAV emergency mapping. This paper focused on this, and proposed a fast acquisition and processing method of emergency geographic information that integrates multi-source information,aiming to provide more reliable geospa tial data support for earthquake emergency command.
