摘要:
地震灾害严重威胁着人类社会安全,灾害信息传播的准确性直接影响公众应急响应效能。此研究基于灾害新闻报道特征和信息处理机制,采用问卷调查法,收集333份有效问卷,通过独立样本T检验和单因素方差分析,分析教育程度、性别特征与地理分区对灾害信息认知差异的影响机制,研究发现教育水平影响信息可信度与行动指导性判断,更通过调节科学素养水平加剧群体内部认知分化。因此,研究建议建立教育水平适配的信息分级体系,通过全域信息中枢建设实现应急指引的精确信息传达。
Abstract:
Earthquake disasters seriously threaten the safety of human society, and the accuracy of disaster information dissemination directly affects public emergency response effectiveness. Based on the characteristics of disaster news reporting and information processing mechanisms, this study collected 333 valid questionnaires by questionnaire survey method,and analyzed the influence mechanisms of education level,gender characteristics, and geographic location on the cognitive differences of disaster information by independent samples T-test and one-way analysis of variance(ANOVA), and the results reveal that the education level affects the credibility of the information and the guiding judgement of actions,and intensifies the cognitive differentiation within the group by regulating the level of scientific literacy. Therefore, it is suggested to establish a hierarchical information system that is appropriate for the education level so that accurate information can be conveyed through the construction of an information hub in the whole region to achieve emergency guidance.
