摘要:
新型格栅组合模架由铝合金格栅、塑料模板(面板)及可调支撑体系等组成,相比传统的模板脚手架,具有拆装方便、绿色环保等优势。可调支撑顶端接头是连接格栅的关键传力节点,为此对其受压性能进行了试验研究及有限元分析,结果表明:可调支撑顶端接头在受压荷载作用下的试验数据与有限元模拟结果基本一致,随着荷载的增加,顶端接头竖向位移先线性增加,随后趋于平缓,荷载-位移曲线具有明显的线性段和非线性段;其中单点受压、两点受压及四点受压的单点平均试验荷载分别在24kN、14kN和10kN以下时,荷载-位移曲线基本呈线性关系变化,当试验荷载分别为32kN、24kN和19kN时达到节点的极限承载力。由此为新型格栅组合模架的设计计算提供了理论依据。
Abstract:
The new grille composite formwork is composed of aluminum alloy grille, plastic template and adjustable support system. Compared with the traditional formwork and scaffold,it has advantages in construction efficiency, safety and environmental protection. The top joint of adjustable support is the key force-transmitting joint for connecting the grille, thus, the experimental research and finite element analysis of its compressive performance are carried out. The results show that the experimental data and finite element analysis results of the top joint under compression are basically consistent,the displacement first increases linearly with the increase of load and then tends to be flat. The load-displacement curve has distinct linear and nonlinear segments. Under the cases of single-point compression, two-point compression and four-point compression, when the average experimental loads of one-point are respectively below 24 kN, 14 kN and 10 kN, the load-displacement curves are linear,and the ultimate bearing capacity of the joint are 32 kN,24 kN and 19 kN respectively. Therefore,it provides a theoretical basis for the design and calculation of the new grille composite formwork.
