山区村镇建筑受复杂地形与经济条件制约,地震灾害下易产生连锁性破坏。本研究系统辨识建筑结构体系、场地地质条件、材料老化特征及施工质量控制四类脆弱性驱动因素,建立层次分析法(AHP)与模糊综合评价法(FCE)的耦合评估框架。以典型山区聚落为例开展实证研究,通过建筑抽样调查获取关键参数,构建脆弱性指标体系。评估结果揭示不同等级建筑的核心致灾机制,据此提出分级重建策略:对高危建筑实施结构体系重构,中危建筑采用轻量化加固技术,低危建筑建立长效监测机制。
Constrained by complex topography and economic conditions, buildings in mountainous villages and towns are prone to cascading failures under earthquake disasters. This study systematically identifies four types of vulnerability drivers: building structural systems, site geological conditions, material aging characteristics, and construction quality control, and establishes a coupled evaluation framework combining the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE). Taking the typical mountainous settlements as an example, the empirical research was conducted, and the key parameters were obtained through building sampling survey to construct the vulnerability index system. Evaluation results reveal the core disaster-causing mechanisms for buildings with different risk levels. Based on this, a hierarchical reconstruction strategy is proposed: structural system reconstruction for high-risk buildings, lightweight reinforcement technology for medium-risk buildings, and long-term monitoring mechanism for low-risk buildings.
