新疆图木舒克市观光塔高耸结构项目,位于高烈度、严重液化、盐碱地等复杂地区,需对地基液化处理并进行防腐设计。针对高耸结构自身头重脚轻、刚度小等特点,提出并分析了观光塔的两种结构方案。方案一的主体结构由钢管柱、环形桁架和钢梁组成;方案二的主体结构采用钢筋混凝土斜支撑、核心筒组成。文中详细介绍了两种结构设计方案的设计思路和计算结果。基于Park-Ang损伤模型,对方案二进行了罕遇地震下弹塑性时程分析和关键竖向构件的易损性分析。最后,对两种方案的利弊进行了对比分析,确定了方案二性价比更高。
The sightseeing tower, a high-rise structure in Tumushuke City, Xinjiang, is located in a complex area with high seismic intensity, severe liquefaction, and saline-alkali soil. It is necessary to conduct foundation liquefaction treatment and anti-corrosion design. Considering the characteristics of the high-rise structure, such as top-heavy configuration and low lateral stiffness, two structural schemes for the sightseeing tower are proposed and analyzed. The main structure of scheme I consists of steel pipe columns, circular trusses, and steel beams; the main structure of scheme II is composed of reinforced concrete diagonal braces and core tubes. The design ideas and calculation results of the two structural design schemes are introduced in detail. Based on the Park-Ang damage model, the elastoplastic time-history analysis under rare earthquakes and the vulnerability analysis of key vertical components are conducted for Scheme II. Finally, a comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes is carried out, and it is determined that Scheme II has a higher cost-effectiveness ratio.
