重大灾害场景下高效的资源调度是保障生命救援的生死时速,然而传统方式常因响应延迟、资源错配导致二次灾害风险。通过融合卫星影像、传感器网络和社交媒体三维异构数据,设计三阶分层系统架构,并使用MySQL完成数据库设计,实现全链条资源调控与指挥。仿真实验表明优化系统提升了物资覆盖率、响应效率及抗扰动能力,并从数字化预案、人机协同以及资源联动三个维度实现配套机制,可以为地震灾后救援资源高效调配提供了技术支撑。
Efficient resource allocation in major disaster scenarios is critical for life-saving rescue operations. How⁃ever,traditional methods often lead to secondary disaster risk due to delayed response and resource mismatch. By integrating three-dimensional heterogeneous data from satellite images, sensor networks, and social media, a three-tier hierarchical system architecture was designed,and MySQL was used for database design to achieve end-to-end resource control and command. Simulation experiments show that the optimized system enhances the material coverage, response efficiency, and anti-disturbance ability. The realization of the supporting mechanisms across three dimensions of digital contingency plans,human-machine collaboration and resource coordination can provide technical support for the efficient allocation of post-earthquake rescue resources.
