引入数字孪生城市概念,以大城市实景三维数据融合建筑物、生命线工程、次生灾害、人口、经济、应急救援等专业数据构建城市信息模型(CIM),利用数字图像处理技术、遥感技术、三维建模技术、可视化技术、数据库等,结合地震灾害风险评估模型从场景构建、情景识别、地震灾害风险应对方案等方面实现城市及城市群地震灾害情景发生-发展-成灾全过程情景仿真,为震前灾害评估和震后应急救援提供多尺度高逼真三维仿真救援场景,实现地震灾害救援情景动态推演。
Based on the concept of digital twin cities,the city information model(CIM)is constructed by integrat⁃ing large-scale urban 3D real scene data of big cities with the professional data on buildings,lifeline projects,sec⁃ondary disasters, population, economy, emergency rescue, and other relevant factors. Utilizing 3D modeling and visualization technology combinined with the seismic disaster risk assessment models,this framework enables full-process scenario simulation of earthquake disaster—from occurrence through development to final impact—for cities and city clusters. This simulation encompasses scenario construction, scenario identification, and seismic disaster risk response plan, providing multi-scale and high-fidelity 3D rescue simulation scenarios for pre-earth⁃quake disaster assessment and post-earthquake emergency rescue,thereby facilitating dynamic rehearsal of the res⁃cue scenarios of earthquake disasters.
