基于IPA分析法对比分析城乡地区、是否接收过预警信息学校的教师对地震预警宣传重要性及满意度评价的差异,结果表明:内容上,各宣传知识分布于四个象限,实用性强、指导性高的知识,重要性及满意度高,理解难度系数大、实用性差的原理性知识,重要性及满意度均较低,其中未接收过预警信息的学校,实用性知识集中分布在第一象限;宣传力度上,总体位于第四象限,城镇学校比农村学校的地震预警宣传力度更大,满意度更高,未接收过预警信息的学校对预警知识需求更迫切;宣传方式上,对地震预警宣传方式的高需求与低认可的矛盾,是学校教师的共识,此指标均位于第四象限。
Based on the importance-performance analysis(IPA)method, this paper compared the differences in evaluation of the importance and satisfaction of earthquake early warning publicity among teachers in urban and rural areas and schools that have received early warning information. The results show that in terms of content,the publicity knowledge is distributed in four quadrants. The knowledge with strong practicality and high guidance is of high importance and satisfaction,and the principle-based knowledge with high difficulty in understanding and poor practicality is of low importance and satisfaction. Among them, the practical knowledge of schools that have not received early warning information is concentrated in the first quadrant. In terms of publicity intensity, it is generally in the fourth quadrant. Urban schools have greater publicity intensity and higher satisfaction than rural schools. Schools that have not received early warning information have more urgent demand for early warning knowledge. In terms of publicity methods, the contradiction between high demand and low recognition of earthquake early warning publicity methods is the consensus of school teachers, and this index is located in the fourth quadrant.
