通过座谈交流和入村入户的方式,实地调查了安阳市殷都区10个乡镇14个自然村农居建筑,从建筑的结构类型、建造年代以及构造特点等方面对其抗震性能进行分析。结果发现:殷都区农居建筑砌体结构占比大,建造年代集中于80年代至00年代之间,未设防砌体结构占比最大;新(已)建建筑纵横墙连接处未设置构造措施保证其可靠连接,窗户过梁形式采用砖砌,甚至无过梁,而混凝土过梁未在墙体设置符合规范要求的支撑长度;新(已)建建筑普遍在朝南纵墙设置大门窗,造成前后纵墙刚度差异较大,楼梯普遍设置在房屋尽头或者转角处,造成应力集中,扭转作用加大。基于此,提出了殷都区农居建筑存在平(立)面不规则、设计施工不规范以及居民防震减灾意识淡薄等问题。最后,提出了合理化建议,为河南省农居建筑抗震性能研究提供科学依据。
This article investigated rural residential buildings in 14 natural villages and 10 towns in Yindu District, Anyang City, through face to face interaction and village and household visits. The seismic performance of buildings was analyzed in terms of structural types,construction years,and structural characteristics. The results show that the proportion of masonry structures in rural residential buildings in Yindu District is high, and the construction years mainly range from 1980s to 2000s; the proportion of unreinforced masonry structures is the highest. The joint of longitudinal and transverse walls of the new(existing)buildings is not protected with structural measures to ensure its reliable connection. The window lintels are made of bricks,and there were even no lintels. The concrete lintels lack support lengths that meet the standards on the walls. Large doors and windows of the new (existing)buildings generally are installed on the south longitudinal walls, resulting in significant differences in stiffness between the front and rear longitudinal walls. Stairs are generally arranged at the ends or corners of buildings, causing stress concentration and the torsion is increased. Based on this, it is proposed that there are some problems in rural residential buildings in Yindu District, such as irregular plane(facade), non-standard design and construction, and weak awareness of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction among residents. Finally, some reasonable suggestions are put forward to provide a scientific basis for the research on the seismic performance of residential buildings in Henan Province.
