结合福建地区地震台网数据质量运维工作实际,以福建区域内1300余个地震观测台流程化、定量化数据质量分析为目标,以提升观测数据可用性为出发点,介绍了福建地震数据中心的数据质量分析流程、评价指标及业务化分析处理软件等内容,并对未来数据质量监控分析提出规划。通过多技术手段、多层级监控、多告警维度的综合分析,实现了地震观测数据质量的全方位评估和日常业务化运行,有助于提升地震观测数据的减灾效益和科学效益。
This paper,in conjunction with the actual work of data quality maintenance for the seismic network in the Fujian region, aims to analyze the data quality of more than 1300 seismic observation stations in the Fujian region in a process-oriented and quantitative manner,with the starting point of improving the usability of observed data. The paper introduced the data quality analysis process, evaluation indicators, and business-oriented analysis and processing software of the Fujian Seismic Data Center, and proposed plans for future data quality monitoring and analysis. Through comprehensive analysis by using multiple technical means, multi-level monitoring,and multi-alarm dimensions,a full-dimensional assessment of the quality of seismic observation data and its daily business operation has been achieved, which helps to enhance the disaster mitigation and scientific benefits of seismic observation data.
