多场景的视讯融合是地震部门在地震应急响应中的重要需求,以往因视讯系统类型众多、技术协议不统一、应用场景分散等,难于对其实现统一应用与管理。通过介绍河南省地震局采用多媒体软交换、微服务等技术,对云视频会议、多品牌视频终端、地震台站运维与安防监控、应急无人机等视讯资源进行融合的技术设计和实际应用情况,对于地震应急响应及日常协同工作有较好的参考意义。
Multi-scene video fusion is an important requirement for seismic departments in earthquake emergency response. In the past, due to the numerous types of video systems, inconsistent technical protocols, and dispersed application scenarios, it was difficult to achieve unified application and management. This paper introduced the technical design and practical application of Henan Earthquake Agency using multimedia soft switching, microservices, and other technologies to integrate video resources such as cloud video conferencing, multi-brand video terminals, seismic station operation and maintenance, security monitoring, emergency UAV and video resources. It has good reference significance for earthquake emergency responses and daily collaborative work.
