近年来,三维激光扫描被广泛应用于复杂老旧建筑物的数据采集,应用BIM技术实现建筑信息模型的创建是建筑信息管理的热潮。基于三维激光扫描技术和BIM技术,以深圳市光明区某复杂老建筑的自来水管网扫描工作为例,运用三维激光扫描仪器对复杂老建筑外围进行实景测量,提取原始数据导入CycloneRegister360软件进行点云数据处理,并探索了通过AutodeskRecap将扫描的点云数据逆向建模,创建复杂老建筑的BIM模型。
In recent years, 3D laser scanning has been widely used in data collection of complex old buildings. The application of BIM technology to realize the creation of building information model is an upsurge of building information management. Based on 3D laser scanning technology and BIM technology,taking the scanning work of the tap water pipe network of a complex old building in Guangming District,Shenzhen as an example,the paper uses the 3D laser scanner to measure the exterior of the complex old building, extracts the original data and imports them into Cyclone Register 360 for point cloud data processing, and explores the reverse modeling of scanned point cloud data through Autodesk Recap to create a BIM model of complex old buildings
