1976年唐山7.8级地震对山东省北部的惠民及德州地区建筑物造成破坏和人员伤亡,震后山东省组成现场联合考察队进行了震害调查。对当年的现场考察资料做了系统整理分析,使用惠民及德州地区建筑物破坏和人员伤亡现场考察资料,补充相邻的河北省有关县(市)建筑物破坏资料,客观分析1976年唐山地震对鲁北造成的灾害情况,把该区地震烈度由原来的Ⅳ、Ⅴ度校订为Ⅵ度,Ⅵ度等震线大体沿肃宁—深县—德州—商河—黄河入海口一带分布,较原来Ⅵ度等震线(沿肃宁—沧州市—黄骅—渤海分布)向南移动约100km,并对烈度及等震线修订的合理性进行了讨论。
The Tangshan M7.8 earthquake in 1976 caused buildings damage and casualties in Huimin and Dezhou areas in northern Shandong Province. After the earthquake,Shandong Province organized a joint field investigation team to investigate the earthquake damage. The field investigation data of that year are systematically sorted out and analyzed. This paper objectively analyzes the disaster in northern Shandong caused by the Tangshan earthquake in1976, and revises the seismic intensity in this area from Ⅳ andⅤ degrees to Ⅵ degrees by using the field investigation data of building damage and casualties in Huimin and Dezhou areas,and supplementing the building damage data of the neighboring counties(cities)in Hebei Province. The Ⅵ degree isoseismal line is roughly distributed along Suning-Shenxian-Dezhou-Shanghe-Yellow River estuary, which is about 100 km southward than originalⅥdegree isoseismal line(distributed along Suning-Cangzhou-Huanghua-Bohai Sea).The rationality of the revision of intensity and isoseismic line is discussed
