摘要:
提升农村建筑物整体抗震水平是防灾减灾的关键。四川省雅安市芦山县地处地震多发地带,地震风险较高。为掌握芦山县农村建筑物的抗震能力现状,在芦山县8个乡镇、14个村开展农村建筑物抽样调查,统计不同结构类型建筑的比例及特点,识别农村建筑物在抗震设计和建造中的薄弱环节。在此基础上,采用RISK-UE易损性指数法,估算农村建筑物在不同地震烈度下可能的震害情况,并提出具有针对性的建筑物抗震性能提升建议。结果表明,在地震烈度VII度下,研究区整体呈现轻微—中等震害。其中,河西村、快乐村和河边村,因其设防砖混结构房屋比例较少,相比其他村庄可能会出现更为严重的震害。研究成果为芦山县农村建筑的抗震加固和防灾减灾工作提供科学依据。
Abstract:
Upgrading the overall level of earthquake resistance of rural buildings is the key to disaster prevention and mitigation. Lushan County,Ya’an City,Sichuan Province,is located in an earthquake-prone area with high seismic risk. In order to grasp the current status of the seismic capacity of rural buildings in Lushan County,this paper carried out a sample survey of rural buildings in 8 townships and 14 villages in Lushan County, so as to count the proportions and characteristics of buildings of different structural types and identify the weaknesses of rural buildings in seismic design and construction. On this basis,the paper used the RISK-UE susceptibility index method to estimate the possible seismic damage of rural buildings under different seismic intensities and proposed targeted recommendations for improving the seismic resilience of buildings. The results show that the study area as a whole exhibits slight to moderate seismic damage under seismic intensity VII. Among them,Hexi Village,Kuaile Village,and Hebian Village,which have a smaller proportion of fortified brick-concrete houses,may experience more severe seismic damage compared to other villages. The results of the study provide a scientific basis for the seismic reinforcement and disaster prevention and mitigation of rural buildings in Lushan County.
