摘要:
在求解土地利用空间配置优化模型时,由于算法收敛过慢,无法准确求取个体的移动步长,导致对研究区域土地的集约利用效果不佳,为此提出基于改进免疫粒子群算法的乡村土地利用空间配置优化方法。该研究参照科学性、可行性、可持续发展以及综合协调性最大化的原则,选取最大化土地利用、空间聚集性和土地利用效益作为目标函数,结合土地资源利用情况和乡村发展需求,建立土地利用空间配置优化模型,然后对模型设置相应的约束条件,包括土地面积约束、粮食安全约束、地类转换原则约束,从而得到综合优化模型,最后,基于此,采用免疫粒子群算法求解模型,并利用混沌扰动算子计算个体的移动步长,同时引入非线性递减的惯性权重因子对算法进行改进,通过迭代运算输出模型的最优解,进而得到配置优化方案。实验结果表明,利用所提方法,可对研究区域的土地利用空间配置进行良好优化,土地集约利用率均高于8%,优于对比方法,应用效果较好。
Abstract:
When solving the spatial allocation optimization model for land use,due to the slow convergence of the algorithm,it is difficult to accurately calculate the individual’s movement step,resulting in poor intensive use of land in the study area. Therefore, an optimization method for spatial allocation of rural land use based on an improved immune particle swarm optimization algorithm was proposed. Based on the principles of scientificity, feasibility, sustainable development, and comprehensive coordination, this paper selected the maximizing land use, spatial clustering, and land use benefit as objective functions. By combining land resource utilization and rural development needs,a spatial allocation optimization model for land use was established. Then, corresponding constraints were set on the model, including land area constraints, food security constraints, and land type conversion principle constraints, so as to obtain a comprehensive optimization model. Finally, the immune particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to solve the model, and the individual’s movement step was calculated by using chaotic disturbance operators. At the same time,a non-linear decreasing inertia weight factor was introduced to improve the algorithm. The optimal solution of the model was output through iterative operation, and the allocation optimization scheme was obtained. The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively optimize the spatial allocation of land use in the study area,with intensive land utilization rates higher than 8%,which is superior to the comparison method and has a good application effect.
