NE向玉龙雪山—锦屏山—龙门山构造带是羌塘—三江造山系与扬子陆块之间的I级大地构造边界带,其南段发生过1996年丽江7级地震,北段相继发生了2008年汶川8级地震和2013年芦山7级地震,而中段尚无6级以上地震记录。锦屏山—小金河断裂带是玉龙雪山—锦屏山—龙门山构造带中段的重要组成部分,晚第四纪以来尤其是全新世以来是否仍在活动,是评估其未来地震危险性、认识和探讨青藏高原东南缘边界构造带地质演化与现今活动性的基础。近年来,在四川省活动断裂探察项目支持下,沿锦屏山—小金河断裂带断裂(四川境内段)开展了1/5万活动断裂填图工作,包括地质地貌详细调查、地球物理探测和系列探槽开挖,获得了大量基础资料和一些新的证据。里庄断裂是锦屏山—小金河断裂带中晚第四纪活动性相对较强的一条主要组成断裂。在地质地貌调查基础上,此研究重点对沿里庄断裂开挖的4个探槽剖面和年代学测试结果进行了分析和讨论,结果揭示:雅砻江T4阶地形成以来,里庄断裂发生过断错地表事件,其最新一次活动限定为20~43kaBP,属晚更新世断裂。
Abstract:
The NE-trending Yulongxueshan-Jinpingshan-Longmenshan tectonic belt is a geotectonic boundary of class I between the Qiangtang-Sanjiang orogenic system and the Yangtze Block. The southern part of this belt was hit by the 1996 Lijiang MS7.0 earthquake, while the northern part was hit successively by the 2008 Wenchuan MS8.0 earthquake and the 2013 Lushan MS7.0 earthquake. However, earthquakes with M≥6 are not yet recorded in the middle section of this belt. The Jinpingshan-Xiaojinhe fault zone is an important part of the middle section of the Yulongxueshan-Jinpingshan-Longmenshan tectonic belt. Whether it has been active since the Late Quaternary, especially since the Holocene, is the basis for evaluating its subsequent seismic hazards, understanding and discussing the geologic evolution and present activity of the boundary tectonoc belt along the southeastern margin of the Tibetan Plateau. In recent years,with the support of the Sichuan Active Fracture Prospecting Program,1/50 000 active fault mapping has been carried out along the Jinpingshan-Xiaojinhe fault zone, which includes a detailed survey of the geology and geomorphology, geophysical prospecting, and a series of trenching. Then, a large amount of basic data and new evidence have been obtained. The Lizhuang fault is a major branch with relatively strong activity in the Late Quaternary of the Jinpingshan-Xiaojinhe fault zone. On the basis of geological and geomorphological investigations, this paper focuses on the analysis and discussion of four trench profiles and the results of chronological tests. The results reveal that the Lizhuang fault has experienced surface rupturing since the formation of the Yalong River T4 terrace, and its latest faulting is limited to 20-43 ka BP, which is a Late Pleistocene fault.
