摘要:
基于云南省地震易发区房屋设施加固工程和第一次自然灾害风险普查项目调查的建筑物高精度数据,在计算楚雄州单体建筑物地震灾害风险隐患等级的基础上,统计分析楚雄州房屋设施加固工程工作开展情况,通过空间对比,分析楚雄州建筑物抗震能力特征,结果表明:楚雄州的区域建筑物地震灾害隐患等级较高,其中除城镇住宅隐患等级为一般,其余类型建筑隐患等级均为重点;楚雄州房屋设施加固工程数量超过建筑总量的8.7%,房屋设施加固工程的实施,有效提高了区域建筑物的整体抗震能力,但仍需加强区域内隐患等级为一般建筑的加固工作;房屋设施抗震设防信息收集工作是准确把握建筑物地震灾害风险隐患底数的关键环节,应确保数据收集的及时性与真实性。
Abstract:
Based on the high-precision data of building reinforcement projects in earthquake prone areas of Yunnan Province and the first comprehensive natural disaster risk survey project,the seismic hazard risk level of individual buildings in Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture was calculated,and the development of the reinforcement project of housing facilities in Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture was statistically analyzed. Through spatial comparison, the seismic resistance characteristics of buildings in Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture were analyzed. The results show that the seismic hazard level of buildings in Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture is relatively high,with the exception of urban residential buildings,which have a general hazard level,and the hazard level of other types of buildings being key. The number of building facility reinforcement projects in Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture exceeds 8.7% of the total number of buildings. The implementation of building facility reinforcement projects has effectively improved the overall seismic capacity of regional buildings, but it is still necessary to strengthen the reinforcement work of buildings with general hazard levels in the region. The collection of seismic fortification information for building facilities is the key link in accurately grasping the base of the hidden danger of earthquake disasters risk in buildings,and the timeliness and authenticity of data collection should be ensured.
