摘要:
国家地震烈度速报与预警工程广东子项目已建设完成,将显著提升广东省防震减灾的服务能力和水平。根据广东子项目的站网建设情况,分析了广东预警台网的地震预警能力,评估了各项关键参数。结果表明:基准站、基本站和一般站三网融合后,广东省地震台网的平均台间距为14.1km,预警重点区内预警台网的平均台间距可达到12.9km;整个广东预警台网可监测全省1.2级地震,预警重点区1.0级地震,局部重点区域监测能力可达到0.0级;全省范围内预警首报时间平均值为5.2s,预警重点区为4.3s;全省范围内烈度速报精度平均值为6.5km,预警重点区为4.4km。此研究可以为广东省预警系统的性能和效果提供合理的预期,也为进一步研究和改进预警系统提供了重要的参考依据。
Abstract:
The “National Seismic Intensity Rapid Reporting and Early Warning Project Guangdong Subproject”has been completed,which will significantly enhance the service capability and level of seismic disaster prevention and mitigation in Guangdong Province. In this paper, based on the construction of the station network in the Guangdong Subproject,the earthquake early warning capability of the Guangdong Seismic Network was analyzed, and several key parameters were evaluated. The results show that after the integration of base stations, basic stations,and general stations,the average station spacing of the Guangdong Seismic Network is 14.1 km,and the average station spacing of the early warning network in key warning areas can reach 12.9 km. The entire Guangdong warning network can monitor earthquakes of magnitude 1.2 throughout the province and earthquakes of magnitude 1.0 in key warning areas, and the monitoring capability in local key areas can reach magnitude 0.0. The average first warning time for the entire province is 5.2 s, and it is 4.3 s in key warning areas. The average accuracy of intensity rapid reporting for the entire province is 6.5 km, and it is 4.4 km in key warning areas. This paper provides reasonable expectations for the performance and effectiveness of the Guangdong warning system, and is an important reference for further research and improvement of the early warning system.
