摘要:
拔桩施工过程中会对周围既有桩基产生一定影响。为了估计套管法拔桩对周围既有桩基变形性状的影响,通过结合现场实测数据,使用有限元软件ABAQUS对施工过程进行数值模拟,分析了拔桩施工时既有桩基沉降与水平位移的变化情况。结果表明:套管开始压入、套管拔出与回填过程中,既有桩水平位移和沉降分别沿桩身不断减少和逐渐增加,最大值分别为2.4mm和4.6mm;套管压入或拔出回填过程中,既有桩基的水平位移均约为沉降的1/10;拔桩施工时既有桩基桩身轴力随着深度不断减少;拔桩结束后土的工程性质(尤其是压缩模量)发生较大改变,折减系数可取0.4~0.9。此成果可为拔桩施工提供一定的参考。
Abstract:
The pile pulling construction will have certain influence on the surrounding existing pile foundation around. In this study, in order to estimate the influence of the casing pile pulling method on the deformation behavior of existing pile foundation, the finite element software ABAQUS is used to simulate the construction process during the pile pulling construction by combining with the field measured data, and the variation of the settlement and horizontal displacement of the existing pile foundation during the pile pulling construction are analyzed. The results show that during the process of casing pressing, casing pulling and backfilling, the horizontal displacement and settlement of the existing pile decreases and increases along the pile body, respectively with the maximum value of 2.6 mm and 4.6 mm; the horizontal displacement of the existing pile foundation is about 1/10 of the settlement, during the process of casing pressing or pulling out; during the pile pulling construction, the axial pile force of the existing pile foundation decreases with the depth; after the pile pulling, the engineering properties(especially the compressive modulus)of the soils change greatly, and the reduction coefficients can be 0.4-0.9. The results presented herein may provide some references for the pile pulling construction.
