摘要:
以广东省地震局现有技术系统为基础,开展地震应急信息的多渠道自动发布技术研究。研究面向对象型地震应急信息多渠道发布机制,研究如何综合现有的数据和资源更全面、更有效、更精准地向决策者、应急技术人员、媒体和公众提供更贴近实际需求的定向服务,从而提升地震应急信息的发布和展示能力。
Abstract:
Based on the existing technical system of Guangdong Earthquake Agency, the paper studies the multi-channel automatic release technology for earthquake emergency information. The research includes the multiple means of publishing mechanism for object-oriented earthquake emergency information, how to integrate existing data and resources to provide policymakers, emergency technicians,the medias and the public with targeted services that are closer to actual needs than more comprehensive, effective and accurate,which can improve the ability to publish and display the earthquake emergency information.
