摘要:
随着城市建设的快速推进,地震观测环境面临严峻挑战。以东莞市为研究对象,阐述了其在地震观测环境保护工作中的创新举措,包括深度参与规划编制划定黄线、依托交通市政黄线“一张图”系统强化前置审查、建立协调联动机制平衡建设与保护关系等,并总结了取得的成效,最后针对存在的问题提出了提升防震减灾工作水平的思考。为城市地震观测环境保护提供了有益的实践经验和参考思路。
Abstract:
With the rapid advancement of urban construction, the seismic observation environment is confronted with severe challenges. Taking Dongguan City as the research object,this paper elaborated on its innovative mea sures in the protection of the seismic observation environment,including in-depth participation in planning formu lation to delimit the yellow line, strengthening pre-approval by relying on the “One Map” System of Traffic and Municipal Yellow Line, and establishing a coordination and linkage mechanism to balance the relationship be tween construction and protection. It also summarized the achievements,and finally put forward considerations on improving the level of earthquake prevention and disaster mitigation work in response to the existing problems. This study provides valuable practical experience and reference ideas for the protection of urban seismic observation en vironments.
