摘要:
为进一步发挥地震预警减灾实效,提升地震应急处置能力,基于云南省重特大地震应急响应需求,提出了云南地震预警紧急叫应叫醒机制,对发送规则、自动匹配震中经纬度、影响区域识别等技术进行研究,构建了地震预警紧急叫应叫醒系统,基于号码清单实现地震预警必达消息的推送,通过强制触达方式,提供必现的展示形式,实现了高效的紧急叫应叫醒服务。对测试和演练结果进行分析,得出平均发布时效小于18s,表明地震预警紧急叫应叫醒系统的技术架构和发布流程具有可行性。
Abstract:
In order to further play the disaster reduction effect of earthquake early warning and improve the ability of earthquake emergency response, based on the emergency response requirements of major earthquakes in Yunnan Province, the emergency wake-up mechanism of earthquake early warning in Yunnan Province is proposed. The technologies of sending rules, automatic matching of epicenter latitude and longitude, and identification of affected areas are studied, and the emergency wake-up system of earthquake early warning is constructed. Based on the number list,the push of the earthquake early warning message is realized. By forcing the message to reach the user,the display form that must be displayed is provided,and the efficient emergency wake-up service is realized. The analysis of the test and exercise results shows that the average release time is less than 18 s, which indicates that the technical architecture and release process of the earthquake early warning emergency wake-up system are feasible.
