根据2025年3月28日缅甸所发生的7.9级地震给房屋建筑造成的影响予以探讨,尤其是不同类别建筑在结构安全以及材料损坏方面的受损情形。研究表明缅甸当下的抗震设计标准存有缺陷,通过结合数值模拟以及典型案例来验证抗震性能与灾害评估,给出了涵盖抗震加固技术、政策法规优化以及公众教育培训等在内的综合改进举措,为建筑防护提供科学根据和技术支撑。

This article explores the impact of the M7.9 earthquake that occurred in Myanmar on March 28,2025, on building construction,especially the damage to structural safety and material damage of different types of build?ings. Researches have shown that Myanmar's current seismic design standards have deficiencies. By combining nu?merical simulations and typical cases to verify seismic performance and disaster assessment, comprehensive im?provement measures covering seismic reinforcement technology, policy and regulatory optimization, and public education and training have been proposed to provide scientific basis and technical support for building protection.
