摘要:
为不断完善广东地震预警业务,提高地震预警系统的减灾效能,从预警用时、震中位置偏差及震级偏差等方面,对2023年M3.0以上地震事件的预警结果产出情况进行了分析总结。结果显示:广东地震预警网预警结果处理较为快速,用时满足时效性要求。整体而言,广东地震预警网预警结果的震中位置以及震级偏差均较小,准确性较为理想。在上述分析的基础上,对预警结果分析业务流程进行了细致地梳理,梳理后的流程能够使相关业务人员较为全面、有序和高效地开展预警结果分析工作。
Abstract:
In order to improve the earthquake early warning business in Guangdong Province and enhance the disaster reduction efficiency of the earthquake early warning system, the early warning results of the earthquakes with M≥3.0 in 2023 were analyzed in terms of early warning time, epicenter location deviation, and magnitude deviation. The results show that the early warning results of the Guangdong Earthquake Early Warning Network are processed relatively quickly and meet the timeliness requirements. On the whole, the epicenter location and magnitude deviation of the early warning results from the Guangdong Earthquake Early Warning Network are relatively small, and the accuracy is satisfactory. On the basis of the above analysis, the early warning result analysis work flow is carefully sorted out,which enables the relevant personnel to analyze early warning results in a comprehensive,orderly,and efficient manner.
