摘要:
为探究师范生地震科普素养的现状与培养路径,对云南省724名师范生及12名义务教育阶段教师开展问卷调查与半结构化访谈相结合混合研究。结果显示:师范生防震减灾知识素养整体水平偏低(16.9%),呈“基础常识尚可、前沿知识匮乏”特征;灾害意识维度存在显著的“知-行”脱节(52.89%vs33.65%);能力维度表现为“高信息接触频率与低辨别能力”的结构性失衡(83.66%vs39.00%);培育需求高度集中于实用防灾技能(56.25%)。质性分析揭示,上述问题根植于知识体系碎片化、实践能力培养机制缺失及通识教育制度空白。基于此,提出“课程嵌入、校企协同、实践导向”三位一体的培养路径,并从政府、地震部门和师范院校三个层面提出“制度—资源—培养”联动建议,以期为师范生科普素养培养从“知识传递”向“能力生成”范式转换提供理论与实践参考。
Abstract:
This study employs a mixed-method approach, combining questionnaire surveys with semi-structured in?terviews, to investigate the current state and cultivation pathways of earthquake science popularization literacy among normal university students. A survey of 724 normal students and 12 compulsory education teachers in Yun?nan Province was conducted. The results indicate that: The overall level of earthquake preparedness and disaster re?duction knowledge literacy among normal students is relatively low (16.9%), characterized by "adequate basic knowledge but a lack of cutting-edge understanding"; a significant "knowing-action gap" exists within the dimension of frequent information exposure yet poor information discernment(52.89% vs 33.65%); the competency dimension presents a structural imbalance characterized by "high information exposure but low discernment ability"(83.66% vs 39.00%); cultivation needs are highly concentrated on practical disaster prevention skills(56.25%). Qualitative analysis reveals that these issues stem from a fragmented knowledge system, deficient practical training mechanisms and vacancies in general education systems. Consequently, this paper proposes a three-in-one cultivation framework integrating "curriculum integration, university-institution cooperation, and practice orientation. " It further recom?mends a synergistic "institution-resources-cultivation" mechanism involving collaborative efforts from government, seismological authorities, and normal universities. This study aims to provide both theoretical and practical referenc?es for transforming the cultivation of science popularization literacy among normal students from a paradigm of"knowledge imparting" to one of "competence development."
